It may be that there is a worker whose hours overlap on the approved rota. When running the payroll a warning message will appear asking you to remove this duplication.
The time record is indicating that the worker was in two locations at the same time and that this needs to be looked at and corrected.
By clicking on the "Remove Duplicates" this will open the rota that requires checking for the time postings overlap to be amended.
Then if necessary click on the button on the rota that is incorrect and amend the time accordingly by clicking on the cell on the day of the duplicate indicated in the warning.
